COMMUNITY DINNER

Once a month on the 4th Saturday of the month from 12.00 – 3.00 pm we have been putting on a dinner for the local community to bring the generations and the area together. This over 21's dinner is a three course meal and consists of soup, topside of beef and Yorkshire pudding or Roast Chicken and stuffing, roast potatoes, three veg and peaches & cream. We have 40 – 45 people a dinner.

The reason we decided to serve beef is because it is a good source of iron and many people in the local area cannot afford beef as they are on low incomes.

Since starting the dinners it has grown and proved to be a popular meeting place in the community. If you would like to know the dates of the meals please contact us.
